Whistleblower Retaliation
My family's entry to Hell--Probate & Family Court--began on August 2, 2011 when Elder Services of Merrimack Valley served my father (Attorney Marvin H. Siegel) an official notice of its devious intent to place him under an involuntary forced guardianship & conservatorship.
Below is my 15-minute "Oral Argument" before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers on November 12, 2019 that gives a broad overview of how & why I am being lawlessly persecuted:
